This app guides you through the 4 steps of the NVC. This is a possible solution to express feelings and needs and to connect. Recommended for learning, practicing to resolve external and internal conflicts - for those who have already participated in at least one basic NVC course.
The basis of the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) method is four simple steps. In real-life situations the process and the vocabulary offer many possibilities, just as each individual is different. Our viewpoints, inner workings and the words we use are different and changing, evolving continuously. We all experience our situations uniquely.
This NVC Application and the vocabulary within took its current form in November 2020 by co-trainers Hava Éva Jónai, Rita Bende, Júlia Redő and Kristóf Buzna. This app is one possible way to find and express feelings and needs, and to connect. We offer it to learn and practice the NVC process, and to resolve conflicts with others and within ourselves
nUsing NVC will not result in less conflicts. Instead, we will find win-win solutions faster. We can transform animosity into cooperation, being stuck or frozen into action, expectations into taking responsibility. With practice, we can experience and share our joy deeper and more consciously. If we can express what need of ours was met, this feedback can result in a more substantial and meaningful connection.
